Now on its 18th edition, the CA2X2 Forum (Computer Assisted Analysis, Exercise, Experimentation) organized by the NATO Modeling & Simulation Center of Excellence, will bring together military, academics and entrepreneurs in Rome from 3 to 5 October to discuss Modeling and Simulation (M&S) . To facilitate communications there will be Digivents, called to create an app that encourages interaction among participants.
Connecting multiple worlds
The native application developed by Digivents (available for iOS and Android), just like every NATO Center of Excellence, facilitates connections between the military, academic and industrial worlds. During the event, CA2X2 2023 participants will be able to use their mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) to access all the content in digital format. Users will be able to view information, programs and any changes in the agenda in real time and enriched with multimedia content, to facilitate participation in the Forum.
Once downloaded, the contents can be viewed even without connecting to the internet (unless they are external web resources).
But the use of content digitally and in real time is only one of the strengths of the app.
Space for interaction
Organizers, users and sponsors will be able to interact with each other through numerous tools:

- Instant polls
- Questions from the audience
- Private chat
With the app it will be possible to interact with participants even without having their telephone numbers, giving information in real time or carrying out follow-up activities at the end of the event.
During the event, users will be involved in Q&A sessions and polls: the answers collected will encourage the present community to interact.
What distinguishes Digivents tools is an advanced integrated statistics system that allows you to understand what use is made of the app and to improve the quality of the content provided based on participant feedback.
